cette année, d une très grande qualité, tant au niveau des présentations scientifiques, des séances de formation médicale continue ou des différents symposia. Pour preuve, le nombre record d inscrits à ces 4 journées, puisque nous avons quasiment atteint la barre des 4 000 participants. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>L</span></strong>e comité d organisation des JFHOD, la SNFGE et la FMC-HGE doivent être chaleureusement remerciés et félicités pour ce succès, notamment Guillaume Cadiot et Michel Greff. Comme il avait été annoncé, le SYNMAD a donc tenu 2 symposia lors de ces journées. Le premier était consacré aux revenus des hépato-gastroentérologues et aux moyens de rentabiliser leur entreprise médicale. Les revenus des hépato-gastroentérologues ont augmenté de façon régulière et ce par la conjonction de 2 éléments que sont l ouverture à l ensemble des praticiens du C2 et la prise en charge du matériel d endoscopie digestive par les structures, malgré quelques directeurs encore récalcitrants. Le chiffre d affaires des hépato-gastroentérologues est en légère augmentation, dans la moyenne par rapport aux autres spécialités mais au prix d une charge de travail de plus en plus importante. Il a été rappelé les demandes du SYNMAD quant à la rémunération des gardes et astreintes, la mise en place d une CCAM clinique, notamment pour des consultations lourdes et la consolidation du dernier tiers des actes perdants. L intervention de Monsieur Favre a rappelé les avantages et les inconvénients des différentes sociétés d exercice médical dont le choix est lié à vos conditions locales d exercice. Il a abordé également le problème de la valorisation de votre clientèle, l intérêt éventuel d être propriétaire des murs de votre cabinet et, enfin, la problématique des différents plans d épargne retraite, en insistant sur le plan d épargne salarial qui intéresse tout à la fois employeurs et employés. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>L</span></strong>e deuxième symposium a été consacré à la redevance en établissement de santé et l intervention de Maître François-Xavier Gosselin a permis d éclairer, de façon limpide, la nécessité d un contrat entre les praticiens et la structure, la difficulté de définir le juste prix et les postes relevant de cette redevance. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>I</span></strong>l a insisté pour conclure sur la difficulté de lister par contrat les services réciproques, de les chiffrer et de les actualiser sans expertise ni contentieux. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>L</span></strong>e Docteur Jean-Marc Canard nous a rappelé que, suite à l enquête CREGG, le taux de redevance moyen pour les hépato-gastroentérologues était de 9,9% avec des variations extrêmement importantes pouvant atteindre 25%. Il est à noter l amélioration de la prise en charge des endoscopes par les établissements mais un certain nombre de nos confrères sont toujours dans l impossibilité de faire valoir leurs droits. Si nous coûtons de l argent, nous sommes également source de revenus pour nos établissements et le Docteur Marie Bichara a parfaitement explicité les différentes possibilités de facturation au sein des GHS, des forfaits SE ou des actes en externe. Elle a insisté sur la nécessité absolue de dossiers complets, comprenant les comptes-rendus d hospitalisation, de surveillance et les lettres de sortie, la notification des co-morbidités bien notées pour les séjours hospitaliers, le respect des bornes et, surtout, des bornes basses pour l optimisation des GHS, permettant un choix adapté entre ambulatoire et hospitalisation. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>L</span></strong> ensemble des diaporamas est disponible sur le site du SYNMAD (rubrique «vie professionnelle - comptes rendus AG»).
